Meet the Teacher!

My name is Jill Walker and I am so excited to be a part of Indian Lake Elementary this year! This will be my third year teaching here in Sumner County. While I've been teaching fourth grade, my heart has always been in Kindergarten, so I am thrilled to have that opportunity this year. I graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, AL with a degree in Early Childhood/Elementary/Special Education and just recently received my Master's Degree in English as a Second Language. Growing up in Hendersonville, I attended Indian Lake, so this community is very special to me. Looking forward to a great year here!
